Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare/nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of clinical needs, including patient/client care processes. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure high-quality patient/client care while overseeing the nursing staff of the clinic.
Duties
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize computer software platforms of the clinic for data management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service skills.
- Organize training sessions for staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Assist the NP on-site with patient care, as requested.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with nursing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Background in nursing is mandatory, with a RN or RPN designation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
