Order Desk Entry Specialist

Job Responsibility:
THE ROLE: The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately and securely processing customer orders. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The Order Entry Specialist will review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness, enter orders into the system, and provide follow-up on any discrepancies. The Order Entry Specialist will also provide customer service to answer any questions or address any concerns that customers may have. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Order Entry Specialist Duties
· Accurately input customer orders into the system
· Verify customer information and enter into the system
· Answer customer inquiries about pending order status
· Process orders for shipping and billing
· Maintain accurate records of customer orders
· Stay up to date on inventory levels and availability
Order Entry Specialist Skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to operate computerized order entry systems.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to work with a fast-paced team environment
· Candidates with practical experience in SAP will be given preference.

Education:
· High School Diploma (or equivalent general education certificate received).
· Minimum of 2-year experience working in a similar role.

· Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently.
· Experience working within SAP and Salesforce would be considered an asset
· Have the ability to write and speak English fluently.
