Who You Are

A transformation maestro with extensive experience helping clients meet digitization challenges, specifically in SAP S/4 Procure to Pay. Comfortable leading teams and projects, communicating with senior managers, and building rapport with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Kick-start SAP Procure to Pay transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Participate in detailed design and build of SAP S/4 implementation of the global template, covering requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, and payment.
• Show clients how to maximize fit-to-standard SAP Procurement processes.
• Help set the strategy for near‑term goals.
• Engage with senior leadership to negotiate and communicate key issues.
• Chart the way forward on critical assignments using judgment.
• Lead large teams or projects, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Encourage continuous learning and promote accountability and excellence.
• Leverage AI for SAP S/4 implementation, such as reverse‑engineering agents.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• 7+ years delivering SAP projects, including full lifecycle SAP implementations (local and global).
• 7+ years with SAP Procure to Pay (direct and indirect procurement, materials management, requisition to invoicing, AP, vendor invoice management, quality management).
• 5 years as Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformational projects with on‑and off‑shore resources.
• Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and experience updating process flows in Signavio.
• Experience working in a Managed Service environment.
• Strong leadership skills, effectively guiding team members.
• Clear communication of decisions and requirements.
• Effective communication at all levels with external and internal parties.
• Eligible for Canadian Secret Clearance or able to obtain it before start.
• English required; role aligned to multinational teams.

• Knowledge of SAP fit-to-standard processes and ability to explain their business value.
• Experience with multi-national engagements and offshore counterparts.
• Experience with Quality Management.

Salary Range

British Columbia/Ontario: $99,450 to $209,900
