Financial Services Member Solutions Specialist

Elevate member experiences at Northern Credit Union as a part-time Financial Services Member Solutions Specialist. Utilize digital and phone communication to provide outstanding service and support. This role at our Second Line Hub involves marketing Northern’s wide range of financial products, including loans and credit solutions. You will guide members in using self-service delivery options effectively, contributing to their financial success while maintaining service excellence throughout interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class service as members' point of contact
- Effectively market lending and investment products
- Assist members with self-service banking tools
- Ensure all communications uphold Northern’s service standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- High school diploma with experience in banking or sales
- Knowledge of credit union products preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning in finance
