HVAC Service Technician - Commercial

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician - Commercial

Work Location: 88 Beaverbrook St, Moncton, NB E1C 9S7

Salary Range: Local 325 Journeyman rate

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification in HVAC/Refrigeration.

• Experience working in service and maintenance

• Experience in the Commercial sector preferred

• Qualification and experience on gas / oil / burners an asset

• BAS/Controls experience an asset

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
