As a Human Resources Business Partner, youll be a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leaders  helping shape a workplace where people and performance thrive. Youll bring insight, initiative, and influence to every conversation, guiding leaders through workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational design.

This role is ideal for someone whos both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on partner  someone who builds credibility quickly, takes initiative, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

What Youll Do
* Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce needs, succession plans, and strategies that drive organizational effectiveness.
* Advise and Coach: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and workplace culture.
* Lead with Data: Use metrics and analytics to spot trends, identify risks, and inform decision-making around recruitment, engagement, retention, and talent.
* Champion Change: Support leaders through organizational change, ensuring people strategies align with business priorities.
* Connect and Influence: Build strong, trusted relationships across departments  bridging employees, managers, and HRs functional specialists.
* Lead HR Initiatives: Develop HR strategies and lead projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness and advance agency priorities.
