Marketing and Operations Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Who we're looking for: We are seeking a temporary maternity relief part-time employee in Chilliwack who is detail-oriented and motivated, as well as a Marketing & Operations Assistant, to join our dynamic team at Yellowbird Mobile Homes. The role will encompass a mix of office and remote working. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring seamless sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website maintenance and CRM system management
- Creating engaging social media content
- Assisting with ownership title transfers during the sales process
- Lead management: inputting incoming leads into the CRM system, contacting leads, and setting up appointments for unit viewings
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Supporting the sales process with accurate and timely contract management
- Document management and organization using Google Drive
- Light bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems
- Website management experience (WordPress)
- Ability to create engaging social media content
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong communication skills for effective lead management and sales support
- Familiarity with Google Drive and document management best practices
- Working with Google Sheets and Excel
- Experience working with Canva
