Within your team, your essential role will be:
- be the primary contact with customers; your confidentiality, empathy and professionalism will be put to good use;
- respond to customer requests within the legal limits applicable to the position while respecting the confidentiality of disclosed information;
- do the phone calls follow-up;
- restock merchandise displays.
