Mission Sommaire du poste
Notre client, une grande organisation évoluant dans un environnement de chaîne d'approvisionnement à haut volume, recherche un(e) Assistant Manager - Import.
Relevant du gestionnaire, la personne jouera un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de l'équipe d'importation. Sans gestion disciplinaire directe, elle agira comme personne de référence auprès de l'équipe et soutiendra le gestionnaire dans le suivi des opérations, de la performance et du développement des employés.
Principales responsabilités
- Soutenir le gestionnaire dans les opérations quotidiennes et l'organisation du travail.
- Accompagner, coacher et développer les membres de l'équipe.
- Assurer le suivi des KPI, objectifs et résultats opérationnels.
- Préparer différents rapports de performance.
- Répartir et équilibrer la charge de travail selon les priorités.
- Identifier les enjeux opérationnels et contribuer à leur résolution.
- Favoriser une communication claire et une bonne collaboration au sein d'une équipe multiculturelle.
- Apporter davantage de structure et contribuer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail.
- Participer, au besoin, aux activités de recrutement et d'intégration.
Votre profil • Environ 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en importation, supply chain ou opérations connexes.
- Expérience comme Team Lead, Senior, Chef d'équipe ou dans un rôle de leadership similaire.
- Expérience en coaching, mentorat ou développement d'équipe.
- À l'aise dans un environnement rapide et à fort volume.
- Excel intermédiaire : KPI, reporting et macros de base.
- Expérience avec un ERP; SAP constitue un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, organisation et gestion des priorités.
- Leadership collaboratif, patience et approche pédagogique.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes multiculturelles.
- Français et anglais; anglais avancé particulièrement important pour le poste.
