Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft AdsMake budget and bidding decisions for client accountsDevelop targeting and creative testing approachesBuild 90-day and quarterly client roadmapsGrow accounts through retention, upsell, and relationshipsRequirements:
Three or more years running Google Ads and Meta campaignsHands-on campaign building and optimization experienceResults demonstrating improved ROAS, CPA, or pipelineExperience serving multiple clients in an agencyClear spoken English with US clients on callsUse strategic paid advertising judgment, client communication, and account growth skills across Blacksmith Agency’s B2B portfolio.
