Manage paid media across four advertising platformsAllocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targetingTest creative and decide when campaigns should stopBuild quarterly and 90-day client roadmapsSupport retention, upsell, and long-term relationshipsRequirements:
Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and MetaExperience building, running, and optimizing campaigns independentlyDemonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipelineAgency experience managing several clients simultaneouslyClear spoken English for live calls with US clientsBring hands-on platform expertise, measurement discipline, and strategic client communication to Blacksmith Agency’s paid media accounts.
