What you will do:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

· Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff.

· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure best in industry customer experience and satisfaction.

  For this role, come equipped with:

· Proven experience in a leadership role.

· Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer service-oriented mindset.

· Proven track record in business development .
