Lead Solution Consultant - CCaaS and AI

As a hands-on consultant, you will manage end-to-end solution workstreams, collaborating with engineers and architects to drive innovation. Your role includes mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality delivery of AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement CCaaS solutions from requirements to deployment
• Architect AI experiences and conversational automation
• Draft technical designs and integration specifications
• Oversee script and flow configuration in CXone and Cognigy
• Drive API integrations with major CRM systems
Requirements:
• 5+ years in contact center solution design and implementation
• 2+ years experience with Cognigy AI solutions
• Familiarity with cloud architecture principles
• Experience managing workstreams or engagements
• Strong communication skills for client engagements
