Performance Marketing Manager Paid Media

Own paid acquisition campaigns at Maple in hybrid Toronto, using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and experimentation to improve growth. Support healthcare access through measurable marketing.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage paid media execution, optimization, and investment across core channels. You will partner with performance marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to improve conversion, media efficiency, and revenue outcomes. The role also supports organic acquisition through SEO, AEO, and GEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns daily
- Build bidding, targeting, budgets, and campaign structures
- Monitor CAC, conversions, revenue, and media performance
- Run structured A/B tests across audiences and creative
- Scale effective campaigns and support organic acquisition
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of performance marketing experience
- Deep Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise
- Paid budget accountability for CAC and revenue
- Proficiency with GA4 and reporting platforms
- Experience with SEO, AEO, GEO, AI, and experimentation
