In this pivotal position with WTW, you will manage client engagements and guide project teams focused on reserving and capital analysis. You are expected to bring over seven years of relevant experience in the Canadian insurance environment, developing a deep technical understanding while enhancing leadership capabilities in consulting. Your role includes delivering high-impact projects while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Canadian P&C reserving and capital projects with WTW technologies
- Build trusted relationships with clients through effective communication
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the Canadian market
- Support proposal creation and project planning for new business
- Collaborate on technology solutions with global teams
- ACAS/ACIA or FCAS/FCIA with 7+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian P&C insurance market
- Proven project management skills and ability to deliver quality results
- Self-driven with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management
