Talent & Culture Business Partner at Amilia

Elevate employee experience as a Talent & Culture Business Partner with Amilia. This strategic role focuses on recruitment, culture embedding, and performance optimization in a fast-paced environment. In this 14-month contract role, you will work closely with managers to align business needs with talent strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational success. Bring your expertise in recruitment and program design while leading initiatives like onboarding and employer branding to maintain a human-centric approach at Amilia. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with managers to foster high-performing teams
Create actionable talent strategies for employee growth
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions
Design scalable talent & culture programs including performance
Oversee the employee journey from onboarding to retention

Requirements:

5+ years as a Talent & Culture Business Partner
Hands-on recruitment experience in tech/SaaS
Strong business acumen in Talent & Culture
Exceptional coaching and advisory skills
Bilingual communication in English and French
