ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services seeks Lead 1st Cooks for a brand-new lodge opening near Chapleau. You will prepare food, guide team members, and support efficient daily kitchen operations. The work includes food safety, sanitation, and varied cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign daily activities to kitchen staff
- Train employees on cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Prepare food using standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Operate ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, knives, and mixers safely
- Store food and sanitize work areas according to policies
Requirements:
- Previous cook or related experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Successful drug, alcohol, and criminal background checks
