Catering and Production Cook

Job Responsibility:

The Role:

• To be an integral member of the catering/production team.
• 8 hour shift - with opportunity for overtime if required.
• Day shift/Afternoon Shifts - Includes weekends.
• Vacation pay and Benefits after probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work along side other kitchen members in executing day-to-day duties, such as client company events, wedding buffets, take out lunch boxes, etc.
• Be able to produce quality and delicious dishes in mass quantities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Ensure all product is of the highest quality, and presentation prior to departing the kitchen.
• Assist the Chefs in menu planning and taste testing, and be able to give constructive feedback.

Qualifications :

• Experience - 1 year in a similar role or field.
• Food Safe certified.
• Creative and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in Catering is an asset but not required.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
