Randstad is looking for a Claims Handler, Tax & Utility to work for a well known financial company in the Oakville area. This is a full time, permanent hybrid position, to find out more, read below:
Annual salary $50,000 - 55,000
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

- Provide superior customer service to clients via portal, email, and phone.
- Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience.
- Provide information on denied claims
- Prepare detailed support documents.
- Engage with external stakeholders to confirm outstanding accounts, where required.
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Ability to work with high volume claim files
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Real Estate and Legal Assistant experience can be an asset
- Ability to review documents and re-calculate adjustments made in a real estate transaction
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
