The Technical Services team supports customers in adopting and maximizing the value of their purchased software solutions. Through training, consulting, and post-sales support, the team ensures successful implementation and continuous improvement. They collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive solutionexcellence.

Overview

Business Purpose & Value Contribution

The Implementation Consultant is a customer-facing role focused on delivering training, mentoring, and technical support to ensure successful software adoption. This role contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and solution optimization through expert consulting, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Consulting & Training Delivery

• Deliver project-based support and tailored training to accelerate customer adoption and maximize satisfaction
• Design and implement consulting offerings aligned with project goals, leveraging customer data and analytics for measurable impact
• Lead strategic engagements and follow-up sessions using data-driven insights to improve performance and drive continuous improvement

Post-Sales Technical Support

• Resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure solution stability and customer confidence
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, using data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues
• Define and improve support frameworks, train others, and implement high-performance standards

Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing

• Produce high-quality documentation, articles, and videos to support customer enablement and strengthen brand positioning
• Use analytics to measure content relevance and impact, continuously improving knowledge-sharing frameworks
• Lead content strategy and implement data governance for global benchmarking

Pre-Sales Engagement

• Demonstrate solution value and technical expertise through product demos and customer meetings, supporting revenue growth
• Build tailored presentations and support opportunity qualification using best practices and data-driven insights
• Define pre-sales methodologies and integrate predictive analytics to improve win rates

Continuous Learning & Certifications

• Maintain and develop certifications to ensure technical credibility and competitive advantage
• Apply new learning in projects, using data to measure impact and identify skill gaps
• Contribute to training strategy and mentor peers, embedding a data-driven approach to talent development

Communication

• Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and trust
• Adapt communication style to different audiences, using data insights to influence decisions and achieve project goals
• Mentor others on effective communication and shape communication strategies across regions

• Lead planning and resource allocation using data to optimize time and reduce bottlenecks
• Define enterprise-level time management frameworks and support teams in strategic transformation

AI Enablement

• Support customers and teams in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and innovation, including AI features in Graitec products
• Integrate AI-driven insights into solution design and technical delivery, measuring adoption and impact globally
• Drive AI adoption, mentor teams, and define standards for AI-enabled implementations

Responsibilities

• Experience as an MEP Implementation Consultant, BIM Consultant (MEP or AEC), Technical Consultant , or similar role within the AEC/BIM industry (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architecture, or Engineering)
• Experience delivering training, consulting, and post-sales support for software solutions across MEP and/or AEC environments
• Strong operational expertise in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering disciplines) within real project environments
• Experience supporting customers in the adoption, optimization, and standardization of BIM workflows , including both MEP-focused and broader AEC use cases
• Experience working in interdisciplinary environments , collaborating across MEP, architectural, and engineering teams
• Exposure to pre-sales activities (product demos, technical presentations, workflow reviews) is highly valued
• Fluency in English and French , both written and spoken;
• Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage (nice to have)

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, coordination workflows, and modeling standards across MEP and AEC domains
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering modules)
• Solid technical knowledge in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and/or broader AEC disciplines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills , with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow optimization skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related AEC field
• Autodesk, BIM, or Revit certifications are highly valued
