Position: Quality Assurance Assosciate
Location: Brantford, ON (On-site)
Salary: $30 per hour
Job Type: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Our client, a reputable organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support quality and compliance activities across its operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality systems, supporting regulatory compliance, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain and review controlled quality documentation, including SOPs, forms, and records.
- Support quality investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change control activities.
- Assist with supplier qualification, audit readiness, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate training records, quality programs, and data tracking activities.
- Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits, inspections, product release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Science, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and quality management systems.
- Experience with investigations, CAPA, change control, or document control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
