Director of AI Learning Strategy

Lead the future of learning at EY Canada as Director of AI Learning Strategy. Elevate workforce capabilities through targeted AI training and transformative learning experiences. In this strategic role, you'll shape and execute comprehensive AI learning strategies that align with the organization’s business goals. By leveraging your deep understanding of AI trends and adult learning principles, you will ensure that our teams are equipped to drive impactful AI adoption across various service lines. A proactive and adaptable approach is crucial in navigating this rapidly evolving landscape. Key Responsibilities:

Create a comprehensive roadmap for AI learning
Collaborate across teams to develop high-quality content
Monitor and assess learner engagement and feedback
Lead the design of AI learning paths and experiences
Manage program budgets and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

Over 8 years of learning and development experience
Familiarity with LMS systems desired
Advanced skills in Excel and presentation software
Experience with AI tools for business solutions
Bilingual in English and French advantageous
