This senior role involves being client-facing while managing a team of Safety Advisors/Consultants. You will oversee OHS consulting engagements, establish quality standards, and enhance team performance. Your expertise will guide project execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery aligned with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assessments, audits, and risk evaluations for clients
- Ensure clarity and quality in project execution
- Provide guidance on safety legislation and standards
- Develop and improve safety management tools and methodologies
- Build trusted relationships and identify service expansion opportunities
- 20+ years in OHS roles, including consulting experience
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Proven leadership in managing client deliverables and teams
- CHSC, CRSP, or equivalent designation preferred
- Experience in infrastructure or industrial environments
