Delivery Manager (Project Manager) - CRM Consulting

Role Overview

We are looking for aProject Managerto join our CRM Consulting practice, responsible for the successful delivery of complex, client-facing CRM engagements across some of the largestsportsrightsholders,primarily acrossNorth America.

This role will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and budgets are effectively managed across consultingand product teams, while bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling high-qualityoutcomesat scale.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery

• Own delivery of CRMConsultingengagements fromkick-offthrough completion
• Develop andmaintainclear project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Ensure deliveryremainson track across scope, time, and dependencies

Portfolio Oversight

• Manage a portfolio of CRMConsultingprojects, prioritizing the most complex and high-impact engagements,whilemanagingad-hoc client requestsinpartnership with project leads to define priorities, timelines, and resourcing
• Maintainvisibility across all active projects,identifyingrisks and dependencies early
• Provide structured updates and clear reporting on delivery status

Client Delivery & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery matters with clients
• Lead regular status updates, ensuring clarity, transparency, andproactive communication
• Support consultants inmaintainingstrong client relationships through structured delivery

Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate across CRM consultants, data teams, and internal product teams
• Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders, including geographically distributed teams
• Ensure alignment across all parties involved in delivery

Budget & Scope Management

• Track project budgets, burn rate, and overall delivery health
• Identifyand flag scope changes and delivery risks early
• Support proactive decision-making tomaintainproject outcomes

Global Delivery & Scaling

• Establish and evolve consistent delivery standards, practices, and frameworks across CRM Consulting engagements
• Introduce tools and structures to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Support delivery across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), ensuring alignment and coordination across distributed teams
• Enable effective handoffs and collaboration within a follow-the-sun delivery model
• Contribute to the ongoing development of global ways of working as the practice scales

Skills & Experience

Required

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management
• Experience delivering client-facing projects inconsulting, CRM, or technology environments
• Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforceor Microsoft Dynamics
• Exposure to data, integration, or digital transformation projects
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
