Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff

University of Ottawa

The University of Ottawa seeks an experienced Administrative Support professional to assist the Chief of Staff at the Vice-President Finance and Administration Office. You will coordinate planning, meetings, and communications to support strategic objectives and maintain high-quality service.

Required are 7+ years in a similar role, bilingual English and French, and strong information management, writing and organizational skills.
