- Maintain high merchandising standards and customer focus
- Recruit, schedule, and train a successful sales team
- Coach employees through goal setting and appraisals
- Launch and execute impactful promotions and events
- Lead daily sales and strategy meetings
- High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
- Over 2 years of relevant customer service/sales experience
- Proven track record in retail operations and sales
- Outstanding communication skills in English and French
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
