Lead Data Analyst in Growth Marketing

Drive data insights at Lightspeed as a Lead Data Analyst focusing on Growth Marketing. Analyze marketing effectiveness and lead generation while collaborating across teams for impactful decisions. As a critical member of the Growth Marketing Team, you will spearhead reporting and dashboard development. Your role involves generating reports on key performance indicators like leads and conversion rates while working cross-functionally to ensure data integrity. The ability to dissect complex marketing questions and implement AI solutions for process improvements is essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new marketing reporting and insightful dashboards
- Generate weekly and monthly marketing KPI reports
- Structure complex marketing questions for analyses
- Evaluate data quality in Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Mentor junior analysts and build their technical skills
- Advanced SQL skills; BigQuery and GCP experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs
- Expertise in Looker or other BI tools like Tableau
- Proficient in Google Analytics and web metrics
- Ability to implement AI solutions for process automation
