CRM Solutions Developer - Salesforce Focus

Become a vital part of McKesson's team as a Salesforce Developer, responsible for crafting innovative solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your CRM development skills while delivering valuable solutions. You will be tasked with designing and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to specific business needs, utilizing best practices in coding and integration. Key tasks also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining adherence to enterprise governance and security standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
- Translate requirements into technical designs with senior guidance
- Support integration development using APIs and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in technical documentation and participate in code reviews
- Engage in ongoing maintenance and enhancements
- 4+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models and APIs
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Eagerness to grow and learn within the Salesforce environment
