- Champion Pembina's Zero by Choice safety culture
- Lead incident response and threat management initiatives
- Drive improvements in identity and access management
- Manage cyber security operations and identity services delivery
- Oversee budget planning and forecasting for cyber security
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Cybersecurity-related certifications (CISSP, CISM preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams effectively
