JOB TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta

JOB SUMMARY:

The Agency is assisting Peace Diagnostic Imaging in the recruitment of an Office Supervisor to join their team. This role will report to the Office Manager and is responsible for overseeing both reception and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic while managing a diverse team and maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and assist with reception duties such as booking appointments, greeting and registering patients, answering phones, filing, managing requisitions, etc.
• Execute supervisory responsibilities such as scheduling, ordering supplies, training, onboarding, etc.
• Maintain the general appearance and neatness of assigned work areas and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
• Completion of an Office Administration diploma/certificate is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
