Montreal Sales Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Account Managers and monitor daily activities
Set objectives and oversee the achievement of sales targets
Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and distributors
Conduct business reviews and evaluations
Optimize sales pipelines and track lead management

Requirements:

At least 5 years of sales experience
Deep understanding of end-to-end sales cycles
Strong communication and influencing skills
Creative problem-solving mindset
Ability to inspire and lead effectively
