Superintendent for Mechanical Turnarounds

Your focus will be on overseeing the performance of multiple mechanical crews and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You’ll actively drive daily planning efforts, coordinate resources, and manage communication across shifts to maintain project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical scope execution across turnaround projects
- Supervise crews of welders, pipefitters, and millwrights
- Ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards
- Monitor field performance and troubleshoot issues
- Facilitate collaboration with project management teams
- Extensive experience in heavy industrial environments
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising mechanical scopes
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and rigging
- Strong communication and coordination skills
