We are Realmedia, the largest Real Estate Marketing company in the GTA. We're passionate about building community and creating bold, engaging content that resonates. We're looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to own and elevate our online presence across platforms.
The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging vertical content across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Facebook
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand voice and goals
- Monitor engagement, track analytics, and optimize performance
- Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
- Collaborate with our photography and design teams to support campaigns
- Manage accounts and community engagement
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management (internships count!)
- Strong writing, visual storytelling, and content creation skills
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) and basic editing tools (Final Cut, Cap Cut ect)
- A portfolio or examples of past social work (personal brand or freelance welcome!)
- Bonus: Experience running social ad campaigns or influencer collaborations
Compensation
Base pay: $40,000 CAD annually (contract)
Performance-based bonuses: Up to an additional $20,000 based on metrics like growth, engagement, and ROI
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
