Data Entry Clerk

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Data Entry Clerk on a fulltime temporary basis (up to 4-month term) on our Local Co-op Systems & Financial Accounting Support team.

This position requires on-site work and is based in Saskatoon, SK .

This role is well suited for a detail-oriented individual looking to build experience in a collaborative accounting environment that values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning.

What you’ll do

• Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic documents, ensuring proper sorting, scanning, data entry, and attachment of required back-ups.

• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all documents, including requirement documents and payment records

• Support internal and external users in locating and accessing necessary documentation.

• Assist with document-related corrections and voids.

• Other duties as assigned.

Who you’ll work with

The Team: You will work closely with one other data entry clerk and report into the Business Accounting Support Supervisor. You will act as a team player, ensuring efficiency while completing tasks that support FCL’s Finance business unit.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Administration and :

• Have a minimum of 9 months of data entry experience.

• Have a high school education or equivalent.

• Can repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
