Expert Sinistre Habitation Télétravail
Desjardins
Gérez des indemnités habitation en télétravail à temps plein chez Desjardins, grâce à vos aptitudes d’enquête et de négociation. Montréal, Lévis et plusieurs lieux sont admissibles.
Comme Expert ou experte en sinistre habitation, vous prenez en charge les demandes d’indemnisation de complexité moyenne. Vous traitez aussi les accidents et lésions corporelles de faible complexité. Vos analyses, décisions et relations interpersonnelles soutiennent chaque règlement.
Responsabilités principales :
- Enquêter ou inspecter les dommages déclarés après un sinistre
- Estimer les coûts et la valeur marchande des biens
- Produire les rapports nécessaires au règlement d’indemnisation
- Indemniser selon les contrats, normes et politiques de Desjardins
- Négocier avec les intervenants pour faire avancer chaque dossier
Exigences :
- DEC technique dans une discipline appropriée
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience pertinente en dossiers automobiles
- Certificat de représentant en expertise de sinistres des particuliers
- Connaissance nécessaire du français
- Maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles et communication efficace
