Chief Estimator for Webuild Montreal

Lead estimating initiatives for groundbreaking infrastructure projects at Webuild's Montreal branch. Utilize your engineering expertise to deliver competitive construction cost estimates and contribute to sustainable mobility and energy solutions. As a Chief Estimator at Webuild, you will spearhead estimating activities across Canada for complex projects. This role requires adept skills in preparing accurate cost estimates, bid strategy support, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. You will directly link Canadian operations with the Italian headquarters, ensuring excellence and innovation in project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee estimating activities for tenders and proposals
- Review tender documents and develop accurate estimates
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations
- Prepare risk assessments and manage estimating team
- Foster relationships with subcontractors for competitive pricing
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10 years estimating experience in construction
- Proven track record in complex infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes
- Fluent in English, French, and Italian
