- Prepare responses for RFPs and proposals
- Design marketing materials for various programs
- Manage response process from receipt to submission
- Oversee proposal schedules and internal team coordination
- Facilitate proposal meetings and gather input
- 8+ years in proposal development roles
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Excellent editing and attention to detail
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes
