The ideal candidate should be hands‑on, technically solid, and capable of owning modules end‑to‑end while mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using Java and React JS. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. Develop scalable and reusable React components, hooks, and state management. Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based deployments. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
