Senior Product Designer for Digital Health

Shape the future of healthcare at Aetonix as a Senior Product Designer. This fully remote role invites you to drive innovative design for a chronic care management platform serving U.S. health systems. Join a dynamic team at Aetonix, where you'll contribute as a senior designer on both mobile and desktop applications. Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and Lead Product Designer while enhancing research practices and design standards. Expect to own product surfaces end-to-end, significantly impacting patient care and experience in a critical health sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, well-reasoned design from concept to launch
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research with care teams
- Contribute actively to the evolving design system
- Synthesize findings and frame design recommendations
- Present design work confidently to stakeholders
- 5-7+ years of product design experience
- Strong research skills in usability study conduct
- Familiarity with AI/ML in design
- Experience with shared design systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards
