Municipal Civil Engineering Project Manager

Lead municipal civil engineering projects with technical analysis and design expertise at CJA, using a flexible hybrid work schedule across three offices.As a Project Manager and Civil Engineer, you will help develop CJA’s municipal engineering service. You will determine client needs, design civil works, prepare technical documents, and support construction activities. The position involves coordinating technicians and support designers.Key Responsibilities:
Determine client needs and establish assignment scopesDesign various municipal civil engineering worksConduct technical analyses and write reportsPrepare plans, specifications, and cost estimatesInspect construction sites and provide technical supportRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineeringMore than seven years of civil engineering experienceFrench proficiency, spoken and writtenAutonomy, initiative, and strong attention to detailTeam spirit;
pump systems and Civil 3D are assetsApply your municipal engineering, project management, and technical coordination expertise while helping develop CJA’s civil engineering service.
