Intermediate Healthcare Architect Revit

Bring Revit and technical documentation expertise to B+H Architects as an Intermediate Architect supporting healthcare projects through design and construction.

As an Intermediate Architect, you will support B+H’s Healthcare team on complex healthcare and institutional projects. The work spans design development through construction administration, with emphasis on technical detailing, coordination, and project delivery. You will contribute within a multidisciplinary environment alongside clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and senior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support healthcare and institutional projects across design and construction phases
Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Respond to RFIs and review project submittals
Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Support deliverables, schedules, quality standards, and contract administration

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Five or more years of professional architectural experience
Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery
Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
