Senior Manager, Finance chez Birks

Rejoignez Birks comme Senior Manager, Finance, en mode hybride. Vous serez responsable de la comptabilité, de l'information financière et des analyses pour une prise de décisions éclairées. Sous la responsabilité de la directrice principale, ce poste requiert un leadership fort et des compétences en planification financière. Avec jusqu'à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente, vous encadrerez une équipe tout en assurant la conformité et la gestion des rapports financiers. Vos analyses fourniront des recommandations claires aux décideurs. Key Responsibilities:
- Préparer les états financiers et les trousses de gestion
- Superviser la conformité fiscale et les audits externes
- Analyser les écarts par rapport au budget
- Préparer des présentations financières pour la direction
- Diriger le processus budgétaire annuel
- Diplôme en comptabilité nécessaire
- CPA requis pour le poste
- Entre 5 et 7 années d'expérience pertinente
- Gestion d'équipe de 2 à 3 personnes
- Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de BI
