What would you be doing?

Processing Associates work behind the scenes of our day-to-day store front operations to process, sort, and maintain our ever-growing TCG card inventory. Associates will be tasked with processing large amounts of TCG cards purchased by Exor Games to prepare them for individual sale both in-store and online. Reporting to the Processing Manager, associates will sort, condition, and file cards while maintaining our current card inventory and fulfilling orders.

An in-depth knowledge and understanding of Magic: The Gathering, and/or the Pokemon Trading card game is a must. The position we are looking to fill is for a specialist in these areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing large quantities of TCG cards to prepare them for sale individually both in-store and on online
• Verifying TCG card condition and authenticity
• Sorting, alphabetizing, and filing TCG cards
• Maintain and develop filing and sorting systems
• Maintain our TCG card inventory by identifying and/or fixing any errors/discrepancies
• Creating and preparing TCG card bundles/packs for sale
• Ensuring our pricing is competitive and reporting any pricing concerns
• Work alongside Processing Manager to ensure expected levels of output are being met in a timely manner
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in compliance with company policies
• Handling online inquiries and replying to order issues
• Providing assistance on related projects as assigned
• Ensuring a clean and organised work environment at all times
• Other related tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or more
• Must submit a clean criminal record check
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team
• Strong and motivated work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Computer literate and able to operate common office machines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
