Conseiller Acquisition Talents Recrutement Volume

Faites rayonner votre expertise en recrutement à volume élevé chez GCL, en mode hybride avec deux jours au bureau. Utilisez les données et LinkedIn pour attirer les meilleurs talents.
Comme conseiller en acquisition de talents, vous collaborerez avec les gestionnaires et les spécialistes de la main-d’œuvre. Vous soutiendrez les centres de contact grâce au recrutement de masse, à la sélection, aux entrevues et à l’analytique. Vous contribuerez aussi à la marque employeur et aux événements de recrutement.
Responsabilités clés :
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires et spécialistes de la main-d’œuvre
- Soutenir l’embauche de groupes de 20 à 25 personnes
- Créer des bassins de talents grâce à Indeed et LinkedIn
- Recommander des candidatures et soutenir les entrevues objectives
- Analyser le marché et promouvoir la marque employeur
Exigences :
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en recrutement
- Plus de 25 postes gérés dans un contexte à volume élevé
- Expérience en recherche de candidatures passives et médias sociaux
- Diplôme postsecondaire en ressources humaines, affaires ou domaine connexe
- Anglais obligatoire; français considéré comme un atout
