Elevate customer experience as a Store Manager at WOW! mobile boutique in Brampton, ON. Shape sales success and inspire your team while ensuring operational excellence in this exciting retail role! In this role, you'll report to the District Manager and will play a crucial part in achieving business objectives through superior customer service. Your leadership will guide the team in meeting sales goals and ensure compliance with all operational policies. You will be responsible for staff management, including training and performance reviews. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive key business objectives including sales and revenue
- Participate in coaching and training for team members
- Audit and manage inventory accurately
- Ensure daily operational tasks are completed
- Maintain high standards for kiosk appearance
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail
- Results-driven and able to handle multiple priorities
- Business or Marketing diploma advantageous
- Strong digital skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Flexible availability for varied working hours
