Event Setup and Logistics Role Toronto

Furever Pawradise Inc.

Become an Event Ops Team Member with Furever Pawradise, where your logistical skills create seamless event spaces in Toronto. Your contributions ensure the safety and functionality of each gathering. This role is key in executing physical tasks that make events memorable and organized. You will engage in setting up spaces, overseeing attendee safety, and assisting in audio-visual setups. Your ability to spot potential safety hazards will be essential for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

Arrange tables and chairs for event areas
Supervise orderly lines for attendees
Conduct badge checks at key locations
Assist with basic audio-visual equipment setup
Alert Team Leader about any safety issues

Requirements:

Demonstrated capability to work as part of a team
Willingness to follow directions precisely
Proactive attitude to resolve issues as they arise
Physical capability for standing, lifting, and moving
Experience in event logistics or similar settings is advantageous
