Dynamic Technical Support Specialist for IoT Healthcare Solutions

Join a forefront healthcare initiative as a Technical Support Specialist, providing essential support for cutting-edge IoT solutions. Reporting to the Team Lead, this full-time role focuses on resolving customer inquiries and enhancing user experiences. Your ability to analyze and communicate effectively will be pivotal in this hands-on position. Required skills include advanced Windows troubleshooting and the ability to engage various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and resolve customer technical inquiries
Install and maintain healthcare systems and software
Document all troubleshooting processes and outcomes
Conduct system checks and audits remotely
Collaborate closely with internal tech teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Customer support experience in a technical environment
Deep knowledge of Windows and networking systems
Familiarity with healthcare applications and protocols
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
