The role emphasizes advanced analytical skills and process transformation in a multi-entity environment. You will report to the Director of Finance and contribute significantly to the real estate asset management platform. This position requires strong analytical capabilities and involves collaborating across diverse teams. Additionally, you'll assist with OneStream consolidation, prepare financial statements, and support IFRS to US GAAP conversions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with OneStream-based consolidation and reporting processes
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for annual tax reporting
- Support IFRS to US GAAP conversion processes
- Coordinate operational workflows across global finance teams
- Collaborate with Fund operations, tax, legal, and treasury teams
- CA or CPA designation with 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced Excel skills and tech-savvy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Critical thinker able to analyze unstructured information
