Co-op Program - Integration and Test Engineer

About the role
Co-op program for the fall - Integration and Test Engineer (Naval) - Software Testing. The successful candidate will contribute to our key projects as a member of the team responsible for integration, testing, and evaluation of vectored products.
- Support functional testing of combat systems software
- Support regression testing of combat systems software
- Develop test plans and procedures to verify software requirements in an Agile environment (DOORS/Jira/Redmine)
- Develop and execute tests using Lockheed Martin Canada's automated test tool (Python/Linux)
- Log, triage, and verify defects using Lockheed Martin's defect tracking tool
- Participate in release and sprint planning as required
What you bring to the role
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in computer science or a related engineering discipline
- Willingness to work hours including evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to solve difficult problems within a team environment
- High degree of initiative and autonomy
- Ability to obtain NATO Secret security clearance in a timely manner
- Experience with software test automation
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Good knowledge of BASH and Python
- Good knowledge of Subversion or Git
- Knowledge of Java and C++ is an asset
- Knowledge of DOORS is an asset
- Experience with Agile Scrum is an asset
