Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dynamic Service BDC (Business Development Center) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to schedule service appointments- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered- Conduct data entry to maintain customer records and service history- Assist in resolving customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
Skills - Strong sales and customer service skills- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively- Proficient in data entry and multitasking
